If you are a frustrated AT&T customer, you’re not alone. According to the Consumer Reports annual ranking of U.S. carriers, AT&T was positioned as the worst mobile provider in the United States for 2012.
Verizon Wireless was the top-rated carrier in the United States, on the other hand, despite AT&T having the best 4G LTE network. Verizon still has the largest 4G LTE footprint, however, so there is reason to believe that its network could pull ahead of AT&T in the foreseeable future.
