A number of popular apps for OS X have been updated with Retina display support since the next-generation MacBook Pro launched in June, but Adobe Photoshop is one of the most important apps that has yet to receive the high resolution treatment.
Fortunately, Adobe has been teasing its new version of Photoshop CS6 for release on December 11th, and it appears that Retina display support will more than likely be one of the new features. Based on the teaser video provided by Adobe, it’s fairly clear that there are a number of Retina display elements used.
Considering that graphic design must be pixel perfect, it’s important that Adobe is soon going to make this Retina display update available to the masses. Just two weeks ago, Adobe updated its Lightroom app for Mac to support the high resolution display as well.
