iOS 6 Allows Users to Download Free Apps Without Entering a Password

Purchasing or downloading an application from the App Store can become quite tedious when Apple constantly prompts you to enter your Apple ID credentials. Fortunately, Apple no longer requests an iTunes password to download free apps from the App Store in iOS 6 beta 3, as discovered by Reddit user varmanj.

Apple already dropped the password requirement for downloading app updates or installing previously purchased apps, meaning that paid apps you are installing for the first time will be the only ones that require a password when iOS 6 is publicly released this Fall. This is a subtle yet ever so useful new feature in iOS 6 that many will greatly appreciate.
