Retina Display MacBook Pro Now Takes 2 – 3 Weeks to Ship

If you have been trying to get a new MacBook Pro with Retina display — like myself — it’s going to take some time. In-store stock is extremely limited with several stores carrying absolutely no supply of the new MacBook Pro with Retina display, while online shipping estimates have now slipped to 2-3 weeks in the United States, Canada, and several other countries.

The new MacBook Pro with Retina display was just briefly in stock before slipping to 7-10 days availability, but it will now take up to 21 days before the notebook is shipped to you. The refreshed 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook Pro models have much greater availability both online and at Apple retail locations.
