Apple has provided developers with the official schedule of events for this year’s Worldwide Developers Conference, confirming that a keynote address will take place on Monday, June 11 at 10:00 AM Pacific (1:00 PM Eastern). The keynote will likely be headed by Apple chief executive Tim Cook, along with the company’s head of marketing and head of iOS software in Phil Schiller and Scott Forstall respectively.
We’ve heard all sorts of rumors over the past few months about upcoming products, software, and you name it regarding Apple. It is widely expected that Apple will preview iOS 6 at WWDC 2012, while new MacBooks are also likely in the picture. The company might also touch upon OS X Mountain Lion and iCloud. A new iPhone, an Apple television set, and even a smaller iPad are also on the radar, but are less likely to be shown off at this keynote.
