AT&T Expands its LTE Network to St. Louis and Staten Island, NY

AT&T has officially launched its LTE network in St. Louis and Staten Island, New York, as part of the carrier’s plan to expand its LTE coverage to twelve new markets by summer. Last week, AT&T rolled out its LTE network to Indiana and Bryan-College Station, Texas.

New Orleans, Cleveland, and Naples, Florida are among the remaining markets that AT&T plans to launch its high-speed network in over the next few months. Apple released a new iPad with Wi-Fi and LTE in early March, and rumors have suggested that the company might release a LTE-capable iPhone later this year.
