9to5Mac has managed to get their hands on an internal AppleCare document that shows Apple is working hard to explore the newfound WiFi issues that belong to their new iPad. The document notes that symptoms of the issue can be intermittent connectivity, slow download an upload speeds over the WiFi network, and the device’s inability to detect a network that’s nearby.
In the remaining contents of this document, Apple outlines what AppleCare representatives should do when testing for these symptoms and also includes other information that’s really only valuable to the support reps. This issue arose in Apple’s official support forums on March 17th when one user reported that he couldn’t get a solid WiFi signal in his hotel even when his computer did. This thread gathered some 723 replies to date and has been very active with users who have the problem.
