AT&T Introduces New AT&T Plus Loyalty Program

AT&T is launching a new loyalty program called AT&T Plus, intended to offer its most loyal and dedicated customers preferential service and other perks — according to one customer, even a $10 Starbucks gift card. The program is currently on a trial basis and is being rolled out in Colorado, Minneapolis, and Houston. Qualifying customers have already began to receive emails about their participation. Check out the free stuff and other perks just ahead…

The criteria for eligibility in the program is currently unknown, but AT&T hopes that it will be able to expand this program more widely in the future. At this point, the perks appear to include a dedicated customer service line at 1-855-ATTPLUS, waived upgrade fees, waived activation fees for second lines only, and 25 percent off third-party accessories excluding those sold by Apple.

AT&T has issued the following statement regarding the AT&T Plus program:

We’re trialing a pilot loyalty program, called AT&T Plus, with a select group of our wireless customers to get their feedback on their interest in this type of program and the benefits they’d like to have from us. Right now, this is only a trial, but based on what our customers tell us, it may be something we look to roll out more widely in the future. It’s an example of our ongoing efforts to deliver a great experience for our customers.
