RIM is Hiring Apple’s iOS Developers

BlackBerry maker Research In Motion is currently seeking an Apple Senior iOS Developer to build enterprise apps for them, according to a recent job listing — which is no longer active — on LinkedIn. But, even more specific than that, they are looking for the ideal candidate that would be “an experienced iOS/Objective-C developer capable of architecting, designing, developing and testing complex applications for iPhone and iPad devices.” In other words, the once-flourishing corporation is now looking to develop apps on a rival platform…

It will be interesting to see what RIM is going to bring to iOS, whether it be BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) — which was previously rumored — or some other connection to their platform. You can view the full job listing over here at AllThingsD since RIM seems to have taken it off LinkedIn. What do you think they are working on?
