Apple Releases Software Installer Update 1.0 for OS X 10.6.8

Apple today released an Apple Software Installer Update 1.0 for their Mac OS X 10.6.8 Snow Leopard operating system. This small piece of software is designed to fix an issue that may not allow Apple to install certain software onto some computers. There is no additional information pertaining to what the issue may be, though Apple recommends that, should you be on OS X 10.6.8 (which they’re calling “Mac OS X” again some reason), you download and install the 1.34 MB update.
