Activator 1.6.2 Beta 1 Released with Several New Features

Jailbreak developer Ryan Petrich, who iFans chatted with last week, has released Activator 1.6.2 beta 1, which includes a number of new features for the popular jailbreak tweak. Activator is a free tweak from Cydia that allows for you to pick and choose various activation methods on your iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad.

For instance, with Activator, you can set what happens when you double-tap the home button, shake your device, pinch the home screen, press the volume up button, double-tap the status bar, and more. Activator 1.6.2 beta 1 has several new features, including the following…
