Photoshop Touch Returns to the App Store

Yesterday, we reported that Adobe’s Photoshop Touch for the iPad 2 had prematurely released onto the App Store, though Adobe had removed it before many users were able to download it. Luckily, the app has made its official debut on the App Store this evening for all to finally download. It seems to showcase all the same features that yesterday’s release had, including support for a canvas size of up to 1600 x 1600 pixels (hopefully this will be expanded in the future, because such a constriction isn’t great for some users), layers support, sharing via Facebook, image downloading via Google Images, and more…

Photoshop Touch is 50.2 MB in size and costs $9.99. It’s available right now, so go grab your copy! Please be mindful that, should you have a more elderly original iPad, you will not be able to use the app on your tablet. Graham Spencer at MacStories has put together a great review of the app that may be worth a read before purchasing. Instructional videos on Photoshop Touch can be found on Adobe’s TV page.
