Intel May Postpone Ivy Bridge CPU, New MacBook to be Delayed?

According to a report by DigiTimes, Intel will be postponing mass shipments of the upcoming Ivy Bridge processor until June. This CPU is expected to power the next-generation of MacBooks, and Apple is likely waiting on Intel’s go-ahead before manufacturing the revamped Pros. DigiTimes notes that a small batch of processors will be released on time in early April, so there is still a small glimmer of hope that limited numbers of upgraded MacBooks will make it into the wild—but don’t get your hopes up.
