Motorola Injunction Forces Apple to Remove Devices from German Online Store

Due to an injunction against Apple over a patent dispute that Motorola won in Germany, Apple has been forced to remove 3G iPads, the iPhone 3G/S, and the iPhone 4 from their online store. The iPhone 4S and non-3G iPads are still available for purchase online, but the injunction is nevertheless a significant blow against Apple in the ongoing legal war. Brick-and-mortar stores remain unaffected for the time being, but if Moto gets their way, it’s possible that Apple stores worldwide will be affected by similar injunctions.
