Apple Introduces “Complete My Season Pass” Option on iTunes

Apple has introduced a Complete My Season Pass option to the iTunes Store to allow customers to purchase the remaining episodes of a TV show—without paying for the ones that they have previously watched. It works similarly to the Complete My Album feature in iTunes, so the cost of the episodes you have already purchased is subtracted from the total cost. Season Passes offer a significant discount over buying each episode individually, so this change makes it faster and cheaper to complete your collection.

Users looking to upgrade from SD to HD videos will still have to pay the full price, but we hope Apple will consider making it possible to pay the $1 difference for the quality bump in the future.
