South Korean handset maker Samsung continues to mock Apple and its customers in TV commercials while simultaneously promoting its Galaxy lineup of products. Samsung is one of Apple’s biggest competitors in the smartphone and tablet markets, and is a company that Apple has been actively involved in lawsuits with over the past several months.
Samsung’s new commercial pitches Galaxy S II features that parallel iCloud, including cloud music streaming, access to playlists, and “tons of places to buy movies.” The commercial makes a mockery of Apple customers who stand in line to wait for countless hours on end whenever the Cupertino-based company launches a new product. In a sense, that’s a compliment to Apple. It’s also probably not in the best interest of Samsung to offend some of its potential new customers. What do you think?
