According to the latest ChangeWave survey, the iPhone 4S has an impressive 96% satisfaction rating, and only 2% of users report that they are unsatisfied. The ratings have improved over the last generation iPhone, which ‘only’ managed to earn a satisfaction rating of 93%.
The device’s most popular feature is Siri, followed by its ease of use, camera, and web browser. The top dislikes are the short battery life, lack of 4G, and screen size. The number of dropped calls has decreased dramatically over the past year due to fact that there are now multiple network providers, and Verizon users have reported far fewer dropped calls than AT&T customers.
