Apple’s John Theriault, VP of Global Security, Leaves Company

Just days after Apple’s former head of retail Ron Johnson left Apple, 9to5Mac is reporting that John Theriault, now ex-VP of Global Security, has also left Apple after four years of working for the Cupertino-based company. Theriault’s departure from Apple is being linked to the lost iPhone 4S prototype incident that occured this past July.

Theriault is a former special agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and also served as Chief Security Officer at Pfizer, Inc. for 11 years. Both Johnson and Theriault have yet to have their former positions replaced by a successor.
