TUAW has posted a list of voice commands that iOS 5′s Voice Assistant is capable of understanding. With Siri, it’s possible to interact with many of iOS’s applications, including adding and calling contacts in the address book, adding and modifying events in the calendar, checking the time and setting alarms, emailing and texting friends, getting directions, playing music, and much more. Siri’s speciality is its ability to parse natural language, so it’s much more flexible than the voice recognition software on Android.
- What’s Michael’s address?
- What is Susan Park’s phone number?
- When is my wife’s birthday?
