LG Finally Meets iPad 2 Display Demands

According to a report by DigiTimes, LG, one of the primary suppliers of parts for the Apple, has finally met manufacturing demands for panels used in the iPad 2 and is expected to maximize output to 4 million units per month. With the iPad 3 just around the quarter, Apple will need to do everything possible to keep up with the increasing demand for tablets. LG will still be the primary display supplier for the upcoming device, so it’s reassuring to hear that they have managed to pull it together. Hopefully, this means that shipping times for the iPad 3 won’t be as painful as its predecessor.
