Motorola has unveiled the spec sheet for the upcoming Droid Bionic Android handset. Like its physical keyboard counterpart, the Droid 3, the Bionic has a 1GHz TI OMAP4430-1000 processor, 8 megapixel camera (and a 0.3 MP front-facing camera), and 1080p video playback. Unlike the three, the Bionic has double the RAM—a full gigabyte. The Bionic’s 960 x 540 qHD display clocks in a massive 4.3″. No release date has been set for the Bionic, but it shouldn’t be too far off with the holiday season—and iPhone 5—looming in the distance.
