LockLauncher is a jailbreak tweak that allows for you to place icons onto your iPhone or iPod touch’s lock screen, which in turn lets you launch those apps directly after waking your device. Don’t be mistaken, however, as the icon that you tap on the lock screen won’t automatically launch the app you desire. Instead, the tweak will place that app into a queue of apps that will open once you slide to unlock your device. This is a good security measure because it means that if you have a passcode set on your device, it can’t be bypassed. The home button is used to switch between apps in the queue of apps that you created based on the order of icons that you tapped. LockLauncher is available on the Cydia Store for one dollar and doesn’t support the iPad as of yet.
