Total Commander Beta Available for Android

Total Commander, the insanely powerful file manager for Windows, has made its way to Android. Like its NT counterpart, Total Commander for Android features split-pane views, powerful file handling—including multi-part rar archive support and apk management, as well as more sorting options than you’ll ever need. Most importantly, the developers have included full root support. Plugins are currently available for FTP, SMB LAN, and WebDAV share browsing. Even in beta form, the application is surprisingly full-featured. In time, it’s sure to become one of the de-facto file managers on Android.

It may be overkill for simply browsing your SD card, but if your a power user, download the latest beta to reclaim control over your files.
