Apple Planning ‘Overnight’ for July 13th, Lion to be Released?

9 to 5 Mac reports that Apple is planning an overnight on July 13th to prepare stores for new product the next morning—most likely OS X Lion or a refreshed lineup of MacBook Airs. It’s possible that nothing will change, but the date lines up far too nicely with Lion’s expected release to be a coincidence. If Apple does offer updated Airs sometime this Summer, it would make sense to release them alongside Lion for maximum impact. The feather-weight laptops are rumored to feature Thunderbolt and more powerful Sandy Bridge processors, bringing them closer to the level of their older siblings.
