Apple Posts Final Cut Pro X FAQ

In response to the massive amounts of complaints surrounding the latest version of Final Cut, Apple has posted a FAQ on their website to answer some common questions. Apple promises that they will update the application with “great multicam support”, along with XML export and the option to assign audio tracks for export in the next major release.

Final Cut Pro 7 users will need to stick with the older release for existing projects. FCP X uses a new architecture and features new effects, so there is no way to “translate” projects to the newest version.
