We’ve gotten one more round of photos from you, this time from Barcelona, Spain at the popular La Maquinista Apple Store, showing iPads selling… well, everything. Everything from iPod Shuffles, to iPod touches, to MacBook Pros. It also shows a close up of the Call Assistance button on the iPad.
Reports also came out last night that detailed a “secret gesture” to get the iPad 2 off of the Apple Store app and back on to the traditional homescreen. You’ll remember that the iPad 2 units on display have a home button that the app disables; apparently, it requires a restore with a computer to enable it again. The gesture allows you to get back to the springboard and use the iPad like normal, but be careful: if you get to a place where you can’t go back without the home button, you’re officially stuck.
Apple also updated their Apple Store app with a few new abilities, including the creation and ordering of a custom MacBook, iMac, Mac Mini, MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, or Mac Pro. It also allows you to check in to a scheduled Genius appointment and can point you to your nearest Apple Retail Store.
You can view the La Maquinista Apple Store photos after the break!
Thanks for the photos, Bobby!
