Google Brings Priority Inbox to Mobile

Gmail’s Priority Inbox feature has finally made its way to mobile devices. Priority Inbox sorts messages by importance, not chronology, so it is ideal for users who get an unwieldily number of messages (particularly on mobile devices, where screen real estate and ability to be productive is limited).

It is only available via Gmail’s mobile site, so users who can’t stand web apps still have some waiting to do. There are a few work-arounds to get the Priority Inbox feature in the native, for example, filtering the messages into a folder, but the functionality is limited (messages can’t be marked as important).
