AT&T Offering Unlimited Data to Customers, Again

In attempt to woo back users, AT&T has silently begun to offer unlimited data to customers who have previously purchased unlimited data plans on the iPhone (before they removed the option last June). Even customers who have moved to a limited plan since the switch are eligible to be grandfathered back in.

AT&T hasn’t yet made an official statement confirming the offer.

“We handle customers and their situations individually, and we’re not going to discuss specifics”

One of the major selling points of the Verizon iPhone is the unlimited option, but it seems that AT&T simply doesn’t have the resources to offer a limitless plan to all customers. AT&T’s current 2GB plan costs $25 per month, and the unlimited plan will return to its original price of $30.
