Oy. It looks like we won’t be getting 4.2 today. Rumor has it that the iPad is suffering from a rather debilitating WiFi connectivity issue: It can briefly establish a connection with an access point, but can’t actually connect to the internet. This is obviously a crucial aspect of a web-centric device, so lets hope Apple sorts this out and seeds an updated Gold Master build to developers for testing. It’s unknown when the final version will be available to the public, but lets hope it’s soon; the iPads of the world are really looking forward to some multitasking.
