The iPhone version of Skyfire that was accepted into the App Store last week has been getting very mixed reviews. Some say it works well, while others think that it is a complete waste of $3. (Definitely try to test it out before purchasing.) Either way, the company has banked over $1 million in sales since its release, which is quite the feat—considering that shortly after opening the flood gates, they were forced to shut down sales in order to regroup and add more rendering servers.
The company has now tweeted that they plan to release an iPad version of the popular browser, which may be a more enjoyable experience compared to the iPhone’s small screen.

Love the AppStore or hate it, it’s always good to see innovation, and it seems Apple has become much more accepting over the past few months, and choice never hurt anyone.
